ease e-waste is confident that its customers will be satisfied with its excellent electronic waste pick up, disposal and data wiping services. In order to offer the best services to its customers, ease e-waste offers the following money back guarantees.


ease e-waste guarantees an on time arrival for a scheduled pick up or a call from an ease e-waste driver within thirty minutes of the scheduled pick up time. If ease e-waste is more than thirty minutes late and the customer has not received a call from an ease-e waste driver rescheduling the pickup then the subsequent pick up charges and any additional services charges for that scheduled pickup will be waived, or credited to the customer if already invoiced.

ease e-waste guarantees that it will provide data destruction documentation including serial numbers, and number of storage device units processed within 21 (Twenty One)days of pickup by ease e-waste. If the data destruction documentation is not mailed to customer with a post mark within 21 (Twenty One)days of pickup, ease e-waste will waive the full cost of data destruction for that pickup to the customer or credit the customer if already invoiced.

ease e-waste warrants that it is a CA state certified electronic waste collector and guarantees that its electronic waste disposal services are fully compliant with applicable state and federal regulations. In the event customer provides any verifiable evidence that any electronic e-waste collected by ease e-waste from customer was not processed according to applicable state and federal electronic waste disposal regulations, ease e-waste will return or credit in full collection fee and other services fees related to the scheduled pick up of such electronic waste.

All guarantee claims must be received in writing by ease e-waste post marked within 30 (Thirty) days of date of the scheduled electronic waste pickup from which the claim has arisen.



ease e-waste LIMITED MONEY back guarantees are customers sole remedies for the specific service issues guarantied. In no event shall ease e-waste, its directors, officers, EMPLOYEES, parent company, and affiliates, licensors, and suppliers, be liable for any lost profits, business interruption, DELAYS, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, CUSTOMER'S ERRORS OR OMISSIONS, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.
